Static is boring. You think in motion, systems, and stories. Whether it’s a high-impact campaign, a fluid web experience, or a brand asset that needs to pop, you know exactly how to turn a blank frame into a visual experience that stops the scroll. At Quinyx, we empower the global workforce so that "work just works." Now, we need someone to translate that promise into a world‑class visual language. We are looking for a Senior Visual Designer ready to move between big‑picture strategy and pixel‑perfect execution to help shape what our brand becomes next.
About The Role
This role sits right at the heart of how we show up as a business. You'll own and evolve our visual identity across channels, bringing the brand to life through thoughtful, high-impact design. From big strategic brand projects and campaign creative to regional events, web experiences, and core brand assets – you'll have your hands in all of it. We're at a really exciting point in our journey – growing quickly, evolving our brand, and raising the creative bar across everything we do. Now we're looking for a creative force who's genuinely excited to help shape what our brand becomes next. We're a tight-knit team where everyone works hands‑on. That means you'll move naturally between strategic thinking and execution, turning ideas into finished work – not just defining the what, but owning the how. You'll help ensure everything we create feels cohesive, confident, and unmistakably us. You’ll join our global Brand and Content team within the wider Marketing organisation, working across eight markets and reporting directly to the Senior Brand and Content Manager. We’re a warm, transparent, high‑performing team with a strong creative spirit. We collaborate closely, support one another, and genuinely enjoy building great things together.
What You’ll Do
- Own, evolve, and safeguard our visual brand identity – ensuring consistency and quality at scale
- Lead design for campaigns and events, from concept through execution
- Deliver creative for high-priority initiatives and launches
- Design web and landing page experiences aligned with brand and UX best practices
- Create video and motion assets to bring stories and campaigns to life
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to turn ideas into impactful design
This isn’t a fixed list of responsibilities – the role will evolve over time as we grow, and we’re excited for it to grow with you too.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working strategically with brand, storytelling, and visual consistency
- Experience working successfully across digital, campaign, event, and motion design
- Advanced skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Nice to have (but not required)
- Experience in a SaaS or digital product environment is a strong plus, along with high energy, curiosity, and creative ambition
Desired personality traits
- You possess an ownership mindset, moving easily between big‑picture thinking and hands‑on execution
