Quinyx is looking for a Regional Marketing Director to own the commercial performance of marketing across our UK, Netherlands and Australia region – one of our key growth markets!
About the role
As Regional Marketing Director for UKAN, you'll sit at the intersection of strategy and execution. You'll set the regional marketing agenda and lead the small, talented team that delivers it. You'll be directly accountable, alongside sales leadership, for the pipeline and revenue it generates.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll cover field marketing, demand generation, ABM, growth, brand, customer and partner marketing across the region, with direct ownership of the execution. You'll work in lockstep with UKAN sales leadership co-owning targets, sitting in the same commercial conversations, and deciding where budget and team time go to hit the number.
We're looking for someone who combines commercial rigour – comfortable owning pipeline, conversion and win-rate conversations – with genuine people leadership. Someone who wants to own their region and who gets into the detail with their team, not just direct from a distance.
What you’ll do
- Own the regional pipeline number and set targets jointly with UKAN sales leadership, track marketing's contribution, and reprioritize fast when the numbers call for it.
- Set and execute the UKAN regional marketing strategy across field marketing, demand generation, ABM, brand, customer and partner marketing.
- Take direct responsibility for execution - planning, running and reporting on campaigns, events and account-based activity.
- Translate marketing activity into commercial terms such as pipeline quality, conversion and win rate, so decisions are grounded in what moves revenue.
- Manage the regional marketing budget, prioritizing spend towards what has the clearest path to pipeline.
- Lead, coach and develop a small marketing team, giving them real ownership while holding the team accountable to shared regional goals.
- Represent marketing at the regional leadership table with a clear point of view on priorities and trade-offs.
What we’re looking for
- UK marketing knowledge and experience from a B2B environment.
- A strong track record owning commercial marketing outcomes – you're used to being measured on pipeline and revenue contribution, not just activity.
- Experience building and leading a marketing team, with a genuine track record of developing people.
- Hands-on experience running field marketing, demand generation or ABM programmes in close partnership with a sales organisation.
- Comfort making calls with incomplete information, and adjusting course as circumstances change.
- Confident, credible communication with stakeholders at every level, including sales leadership.
- Familiarity working across a modern marketing stack (we use Salesforce, HubSpot, 6sense and Madison Logic, among others) – deep systems expertise isn't required, but you should be comfortable learning new tools quickly.
Nice to have
- Background in a fast-scaling B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience partnering closely with a CMO or central marketing function while running a regional remit.
Desired personality traits
- Commercially driven – you treat the pipeline number as your own, not someone else's problem.
- A natural coach – you enjoy developing more junior team members into stronger marketers.
- Concrete and hands-on – you'd rather ship a good campaign than pitch a perfect vision.
- Comfortable with ambiguity – you move forward with the information you have, not the information you wish you had.
- A relationship-builder – sales leadership trusts you because you deliver consistently.
