Stanford Estates, an independent, award-winning boutique estate agency based in South East London, is looking for a bright, motivated Office Junior to join our team. This isn’t just a filing-and-photocopying role. You’ll be an important part of the engine that keeps our office running smoothly, working closely with our Sales and Lettings teams and learning the inner workings of a successful property business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming clients into the office and being a friendly first point of contact
- Answering calls and managing inboxes professionally and promptly
- Supporting diary management and booking appointments
- Helping prepare marketing materials and updating property listings
- Keeping files organised and databases accurate
- Supporting team members with ad hoc tasks that make everything flow
