Role: Trainee Accountant

Salary: £20,000 – £24,000

Location: Bristol

Overview

Quinton Davies is working on behalf of a modern and successful accountancy practice based in North East Bristol who are looking for a Trainee Accountant due to unprecedented levels of growth.

My client is looking for an ambitious candidate who is eager to learn and progress their career in a very collaborative environment. You\\\’ll have the support of the directors and other senior members of the team so there will be no shortage of guidance to help you navigate through further studies and professional milestones.

Main Duties

• Preparation of statutory accounts for Sole Traders, Partnerships and Limited Companies
• Aiding the tax department with Personal Tax and Corporation Tax work as and when needed
• Preparation of VAT returns

Experience / Qualifications Required

• AAT qualified with a minimum of one years\\\’ experience working in an accountancy practice
• Accountancy packages such as Xero, Quickbooks, IRIS, SAPA and Sage Line 50 would be desirable
• VAT technical experience
