Overview: Quinton Davies is working on behalf of a Top 50 practice firm based in the West Midlands who are looking for a strategically minded and ambitious Audit Partner.
Main Duties:
- Leading the West Midlands audit team to successfully deliver a broad range of Corporate, NFP, and Charity audit engagements.
- Developing the audit team - this will include recruiting team members and mentoring the Managers/Senior Managers so that they can reach their potential.
- Working with the Partner team on the West Midlands office strategic growth plans.
- Liaising with the Head of Audit and other Audit Partners to formulate and deliver our firmwide audit strategy.
Experience Required:
- Ideally you'll be an RI with experience of controlling a diverse portfolio of audit clients across sectors.
- A strong business developer who is keen to develop and build contacts and their network within the West Midlands business community.
- A strong People Manager who enjoys building and developing a team.
- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills who can influence at all levels.
