Accounts Payable Administrator

Quinton Davies are currently looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator. The role is working for a large national client based here in Bristol. This well-established business has an immediate requirement for a 3yr+ experienced Accounts Administrator. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, on-site.

You will be working within accounts payable to input invoices, complete statement reconciliations, resolve queries, and support all accounts payable duties. This position is in a busy and fast-paced finance team where you will be dealing with a large and complex ledger.

You will have strong experience within Accounts Payable, including complete functions on the ledger and ideally be used to working with high volume accounts. This role requires an immediate start, and to ease pressure on the finance team, you will need to be confident in making an immediate impact.

You should be familiar with accounting software and have good knowledge of Excel.
