The Role
As a Personal Tax Manager, you'll play a key role within a high-performing tax team. You'll take ownership of a portfolio of private clients, including HNWIs, business owners, directors, and partnerships, offering high-quality compliance and advisory services. Key Responsibilities

Manage a diverse personal tax client portfolio, overseeing annual compliance and delivering timely, accurate returns.

Provide tailored advice on personal tax planning, inheritance tax, capital gains tax, residence and domicile issues.

Act as the main point of contact for clients, building trusted long-term relationships.

Review work prepared by junior staff, offering guidance, mentoring, and support.

Identify tax-saving opportunities and keep clients updated with legislative changes.

Work collaboratively with other departments including accounts, audit, and corporate tax.

About You

CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).

Proven experience managing a personal tax portfolio within practice.

Strong technical knowledge of UK personal taxation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A proactive, client-focused approach with attention to detail.
