This position can be based in London, UK or Charlotte, NC, USA. As the Hospitality Rendering & Visualization Designer, you will transform hospitality concepts into compelling visual representations that bring designs to life. From photorealistic renderings and 3D mock-ups to floor plans and visual decks, your work will be essential in selling ideas to partners, guiding vendors, and ensuring flawless execution of hospitality environments.

Achieving this will require:

  • Collaborating closely with the Experience Designer and Director of Global Hospitality to interpret creative direction into tangible 3D visuals.
  • Creating high-quality renderings and visual materials that meet internal and partner expectations for clarity, accuracy, and brand alignment.
  • Managing a pipeline of visualization projects with varied timelines, complexity, and stakeholders.
  • Applying technical expertise to create renderings that reflect real-world feasibility and fabrication constraints.
  • Maintaining an asset library and documentation standards to increase efficiency and consistency.

Performance will be evaluated on:

  • Timeliness and quality of renderings and design assets.
  • Accuracy of representations and ability to visualize concepts clearly.
  • Ability to meet partner and internal design expectations.
  • Collaboration with creative, operations, and production teams.
  • Responsiveness to revisions and turnaround of updates.
  • Consistency of visuals with brand guidelines and hospitality goals.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Create 3D renderings, floor plans, elevations, and visualizations for hospitality spaces based on creative direction from the Experience Designer and Director of Global Hospitality.
  • Develop presentation decks and visual assets used for partner pitches, internal reviews, and vendor hand-offs.
  • Interpret mood boards, sketches, and spatial layouts into highly polished digital mock-ups that reflect brand, partner, and experiential goals.
  • Work within brand and partner guidelines to ensure creative assets are aligned with expectations.
  • Collaborate with Event Operations, Creative Services, and external vendors to ensure technical feasibility and design fidelity.
  • Maintain a library of design assets, textures, and templates for efficient re-use and scaling across events.
  • Support multiple concurrent projects while managing deadlines, quality standards, and design approvals.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years in architectural visualization, event rendering, or hospitality/environmental design.
  • Expert proficiency in rendering software (SketchUp, V-Ray, Enscape, or similar), Adobe Creative Suite, and CAD or similar drafting tools.
  • Ability to translate abstract ideas into compelling visuals with speed and accuracy.
  • Strong understanding of spatial design, lighting, and materials for real-world fabrication.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Visualization, Interior Design, or a related field.
