Job Summary
Are you passionate about servicing a high-net-worth audience and going above and beyond for your members? If you can provide high-touch, tailored service, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a global leader.
We are seeking a Global Lifestyle Manager to manage relationships with our members overnight, ensuring high engagement, satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
Key Duties
- Handle all incoming lifestyle and leisure requests from Members reactively, following set guidelines.
- Research and arrange travel bookings, restaurant reservations, club bookings, and more.
- Maintain standard phone greeting with appropriate Member address and courtesy.
- Provide quality suggestions that exceed Member expectations.
- Engage in extensive phone and email correspondence.
- Use CRM system to log requests, take action, and update Member information.
Hours of Work
Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:00
Requirements
- Fluent in spoken and written English and French.
- Background in Personal Assistance, Customer Service, Guest Relations, Lifestyle, or Account Management, especially in luxury travel and leisure.
- Understanding of high-net-worth individuals\’ lifestyle management needs.
- Knowledge of worldwide travel destinations and luxury services.
- Warm, friendly, calm, confident, and courteous demeanor.
- Proactive, energetic, positive attitude.
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions, and communicate effectively under pressure.
