Job summary:

The aim of this position is to provide support to our Head of Partnerships & Events and will play a key role in the creation of the proactive offering received by our members. This role will ensure both specialisms deliver exceptional levels of quality in service, content and events to our Corporate and Private Members.

Events:

  • To support on all aspects of event logistics including managing guestlists, booking suppliers, preparing briefing documents, goody bags.
  • To conduct post-event internal reporting, to include tracking participation, collecting feedback and preparing reports.
  • To attend events to ensure smooth execution as well as assisting with hosting duties.
  • To collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop event communications including crafting copy, creating invitations, and organising social media content.
  • To research, filter and promote exclusive access for our members.
  • To manage members portal upkeep and communications relating to events.

Partnerships:

  • To research, create and promote various pieces of partnership content.
  • To manage upkeep of members portal with new benefits/experiences.
  • To support with management of supplier relationships.

Requirements:

  • Have excellent interpersonal, communications and employee relations skills.
  • Have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of team management and member relationship management.
  • Be able to solve problems, prioritise work, meet deadlines, delegate and communicate effectively under pressure.
  • Have excellent written & oral communication skills. This position requires fluent English. French is advantageous.
  • Have a strong knowledge of IT support systems and CRM system usage.
  • Be passionate about travel, culture, and unique global experiences.

Hours of work:

Contractual hours are from 09:00am to 17:30pm Monday to Friday. However, it may be the case that in order to fulfil the duties of the role, different or additional hours may be necessary.
