Be everyone's champion this Summer by scoring a new role with HICA! We’re looking for an organised, professional, and dedicated individual to join our growing team at Tamarix Lodge in Withernsea. This is an opportunity to play a vital role in supporting our service, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the home while making a positive difference to the lives of our residents and staff. What the role involves:
- Answering the telephone, logging, and passing on messages in a timely manner
- Administering staff recruitment, payroll, and documentation.
- Dealing with queries relating to staffing matters for the home in accordance with HICA policies and procedures.
- Ensuring records for the home on the computerised management information system are maintained accurately maintaining confidentiality in line with HICA policies and procedures.
- Administration of resident’s monies ensuring accountability
- Other general administration duties as required
Who we are looking for:
- Previous experience working in an Administrative role
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multi-task.
- Previous experience working in a Care setting is advantageous
Pay & Hours:
£13.70 per hour
Monday to Thursday 9am - 4pm, Friday 9am till 1pm

Additional Information:
Located in the popular seaside resort of Withernsea, Tamarix Lodge is a 35-bed care home, with 29 rooms on the ground floor. We primarily provide physical care and support to older people and those living with dementia. The home is close to local amenities, with the beach and shops within easy walking distance.
