CTDI is seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our Operations team on site in Wellingborough for a new customer. You will drive performance, motivate our people, and apply lean management practices to deliver a controlled and cost-efficient service.
You will act as a subject matter expert, monitor team performance, address bottlenecks, and escalate as required. A strong emphasis on health & safety, training, and 5S will be essential to success in this role.
