The Role

We are a leading manufacturer of premium cleaning equipment, and our business is expanding rapidly. As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our cleaning equipment products are stored, picked, packed, and shipped efficiently. Keeping operations running smoothly and maintaining our high standards for customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Fulfilment: Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch with high accuracy.
• Stock Management: Unloading incoming deliveries, inspecting goods for quality, and organising inventory.
• Safety & Standards: Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional warehouse floor.
• Machinery Operation: Safely using warehouse equipment to move and organise stock (full training provided).

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Prior experience in logistics or a warehouse is preferred, but not essential.

• Forklift Licence: A current licence is a plus, but a willingness to learn is what matters most—full training can be provided.

Summary

• Paid Holiday 241.25 hours per annum Including Bank Holiday

**This role operates on a 7-week rolling rota and does include weekend working 2 weekends out of 7 but also benefits from 2 x 3 day weekends. The shift is fixed on a rotating basis benefit of knowing your schedule weeks in advance on a 38-hour working week**
