What You’ll Be Doing
As a Warehouse Operative at ATL, you will be at the heart of our warehouse operation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Receiving, checking, and putting away goods accurately
- Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch
- Loading, unloading, and moving stock safely around the warehouse
- Operating a Counterbalance forklift truck in line with site procedures
- Using warehouse systems, scanners, and documentation accurately
- Supporting stock control and ensuring products are stored correctly
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Working closely with your team to meet daily operational targets
- Following all health, safety, and quality procedures at all times
- What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone practical, dependable, and switched on.
You will be comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment and able to maintain accuracy even when the pace picks up.
You will bring steady hands, sharp eyes, and a team-first mindset.
- External and in-date Counterbalance forklift truck licence
- Proven warehouse experience
- Own transport, due to site location and no public transport access
- Flexibility and a proactive approach to shift work
- Strong attention to detail
- A clear commitment to health, safety, and quality standards
- External and in-date VNA, Very Narrow Aisle, licence
- GCSE, or equivalent, in English and Maths
