Join our growing Warehouse team! Looking for a hands-on role in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? We're expanding our Warehouse team and need hard-working team players with an eye for detail to help pick and pack top-quality produce for our customers. If you take pride in your work and thrive in a team setting, we'd love to have you on board!

Shift: 1pm‐10pm, 5 days a week, some weekends included

Salary: £27,293 per annum

This role is essential to our operation and ensures our customers receive what they order and that the products are of the highest quality. This shift runs from 1pm to 10pm and your responsibilities will include:

  • Quality checking products and maintaining consistency
  • Storing products/orders methodically – ensuring ready for dispatch
  • Communicating any product shorts or substitutes accurately and efficiently
  • Moving stock around, stacking shelves, and general warehouse duties

Requirements

This is a fast-paced role working in a highly-pressurised environment, therefore experience working in a similar environment is desired, but not essential as full training will be provided. Our mandatory requirements include:

  • Ability to read and understand pick lists and product details
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, to liaise with the team and management
  • Great team player who works hard, ensuring we hit targets and achieve results
  • Work collaboratively and autonomously, using initiative where needed
  • Perform under pressure, adapting to changing workload and priorities
  • Reliable and motivated, with a desire to succeed
