We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to install, commission, survey, and support Warden Call systems across a range of sites.

The successful candidate will be fully trained and experienced in Warden Call systems, with the ability to deliver projects to a high standard while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install Warden Call systems in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.
  • Commission new systems, ensuring full functionality and compliance before handover.
  • Carry out fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs on existing Warden Call systems.
  • Conduct site surveys to assess installation requirements, system upgrades, and maintenance needs.
  • Produce accurate survey reports and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Liaise with project managers, clients, and other contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Complete all required documentation, including commissioning records, test results, and service reports.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with Health & Safety regulations and company procedures.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers where required.
  • Fully trained and experienced in Warden Call systems.
  • Proven experience installing and commissioning Warden Call systems.
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
  • Experience carrying out site surveys and producing accurate reports.
  • Good understanding of relevant industry standards and best practices.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with multiple Warden Call manufacturers and platforms.
  • Knowledge of related systems such as Nurse Call, Access Control, or Fire Alarm systems.
  • ECS/CSCS card.
  • IPAF and PASMA certification (desirable).

This role is ideal for a motivated engineer with excellent technical knowledge who takes pride in delivering high-quality installations and exceptional customer service.
