CLEAN is looking for a proactive Telemarketer to boost our lead generation efforts and help convert prospects into valuable opportunities. This is a brand new role and a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact within a fast-paced, growing business.

Your new role

As a Telemarketer at CLEAN, you’ll be at the heart of our sales success. You’ll play a vital role in generating qualified leads, booking appointments, and feeding insights back into our sales and marketing teams to refine future campaigns. Your work will directly support our sales team by reducing manual workload, strengthening our pipeline, and ensuring no opportunities slip through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting outbound calls to prospective customers across targeted sectors.
  • Qualifying leads against set criteria and campaign goals.
  • Booking appointments directly into sales representatives’ calendars.
  • Maintaining accurate CRM data (NetSuite).
  • Following up on marketing campaigns and inbound enquiries.
  • Supporting the sales reps in real time to keep momentum in the pipeline.
  • Assisting with database cleansing and reporting on call activity.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in B2B telemarketing, sales, or lead generation.
  • Strong communication skills with a professional, persistent approach.
  • Confidence using CRM systems (ideally NetSuite).
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive, can-do attitude.

You will need to live close to Cheltenham as this is where the role is based, with 2 days at home on completion of training. In addition, you will need proof of Right to Work in the UK and be able to communicate in English (our business language). You will also need to hold a bank account in your name or as part of a joint account.
