Salary: £12.81 - £14.80 per hour (dependent on qualifications/experience)

Schedule/Hours: Full Time – 44 hours per week, days

As a Team Leader/Senior Care Assistant, you’ll play a key leadership role within our care team. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Assessing individual needs and developing person‑centred care plans
  • Ensuring that medical, physical, and emotional support is delivered to the highest standard
  • Supervising and mentoring care staff, helping them grow and maintain best practices

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading and supporting the care team to deliver high‑quality care
  • Administering medication safely and accurately
  • Monitoring residents’ wellbeing and updating care records
  • Liaising with healthcare professionals and families
  • Supporting residents with personal care, meals, and daily activities
  • Ensuring the home remains clean, safe, and welcoming
  • Promoting dignity, independence, and choice for every resident
  • Participating in audits, inspections, and team meetings

We’re seeking someone who is:

  • Qualified to Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential)
  • Experienced in elderly care or dementia support
  • A confident leader with strong supervisory skills
  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable
  • A great communicator and team player
  • Willing to continue learning and developing professionally
