As a Team Leader/Senior Care Assistant, you’ll play a key leadership role within our care team. You’ll be responsible for:
- Assessing individual needs and developing person‑centred care plans
- Ensuring that medical, physical, and emotional support is delivered to the highest standard
- Supervising and mentoring care staff, helping them grow and maintain best practices
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading and supporting the care team to deliver high‑quality care
- Administering medication safely and accurately
- Monitoring residents’ wellbeing and updating care records
- Liaising with healthcare professionals and families
- Supporting residents with personal care, meals, and daily activities
- Ensuring the home remains clean, safe, and welcoming
- Promoting dignity, independence, and choice for every resident
- Participating in audits, inspections, and team meetings
We’re seeking someone who is:
- Qualified to Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential)
- Experienced in elderly care or dementia support
- A confident leader with strong supervisory skills
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- A great communicator and team player
- Willing to continue learning and developing professionally
