About the role: As Activities & Lifestyle Facilitator, you will be dedicated to support our residents to live their best possible lives and live their life in colour. Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating and delivering a programme of group activities and events for the home.
- Developing individual activity and engagement plans for residents, personalised to their individual interests and needs.
- Supporting residents to take part in activities.
- Building relationships with our residents' loved ones and sharing feedback and ideas.
We understand that many Activities & Lifestyle Facilitators prefer part time contracts. Let us know the hours you want to work and we will do our best to accommodate.
About you: If you are enthusiastic and creative with previous experience of dementia care, this is the ideal role for you. You will be a good communicator, who enjoys delivering group activities and you will be passionate about providing individualised care. When you care every day makes a difference.
