Senior Care Assistant £15.22 per hour

Hours: 8am - 8pm on a rolling rota of 3 shifts on, 3 shifts off

Full-time, permanent position

About the role

As a Senior Care Assistant, you’ll ensure high quality care for our residents as if they were your own family. Day to day you’ll provide coaching and support to a team of Care Assistants, be responsible for the creation and delivery of person-centred support plans and administer medication. You will manage others and assist in staff supervision.

About you

We are looking for someone with previous experience of working in a care role and an NVQ Level 2 in Care who enjoys sharing your knowledge and motivating others. If you would like a part-time contract, let us know the hours you want to work and we will do our best to accommodate.
