This role blends front-of-house leadership with an unstoppable passion for service, helping to shape a Shack where every visit feels personal and every guest leaves with a smile.
Qualifications:
- You live and breathe people-first service and believe a great experience can change someone’s day.
- You’ve got hustle, heart, and a sharp eye for what makes hospitality truly shine.
- You're confident leading a shift and coaching others, with or without the official title.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and can roll with the rhythm of a busy service.
- Experience in hospitality or leadership is a plus, but passion and presence are what we value most.
Availability: Saturday (8 hours shift – hours TBC)
Responsibilities:
- Be the living, breathing embodiment of our hospitality culture—your energy sets the tone for the whole Shack.
- Lead by example on the floor, coaching and inspiring the team to elevate every moment of the guest journey.
- Jump in wherever needed—greeting guests, resolving issues, celebrating great service in the moment.
- Collaborate with leaders to champion training, team development, and consistent hospitality standards.
- Keep a pulse on the Shack atmosphere: Is the vibe right? Is the music pumping? Are our guests smiling? You’ll know.
- Spark team motivation and build camaraderie—after all, hospitality starts with how we treat one another.
