Here in Banbury, we have been gradually re-opening our doors since Covid struck, and are now ramping up our workload and therefore require additional resource to support this.
The role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis, with the hours of work being Monday to Friday on a rotating basis:
- Week 1: 6.00 a.m. to 2.45 p.m.
- Week 2: 7.15 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.
Your new role:
- Supervising and leading a number of Production Operatives including managing performance issues when required and ensuring KPI's are delivered, with a focus on quality and customer service.
- Ensuring all PO’s are fully trained and that standards are maintained and followed.
- Ensuring all equipment is working effectively, and if not, to elevate to the Engineering Team.
- Taking responsibility for resolving all production issues in your area, working closely with the other Team Leaders and Production Managers to ensure shift targets are met.
Requirements:
This role requires good organisational and communication skills, a true understanding of the customer’s requirements, flexibility and an ability to remain calm and positive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. In addition, you will need to have had previous supervisory experience and be able to keep the team motivated.
You will need to be aged 18 or over (for Health & Safety purposes), have proof of eligibility to work in the UK and a bank account in your name or as part of a joint account.
