As a Senior Care Assistant, you’ll play a key leadership role within our care team. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading and supporting the care team to deliver high-quality care

  • Qualified to Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential)
  • Experienced in elderly care or dementia support
  • A confident leader with strong supervisory skills
