Contract: 4 on / 4 off | 7:00am–7:00pm | Permanent as well as Fixed Term Opportunities

THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Production Operative to join our B Shift team. This is more than a job — it’s a chance to make a real impact in a business that’s transforming with pace, purpose and pride. Working closely with Production, Technical and Engineering teams, you’ll play an important role in keeping our operations running safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

In this role, you will:

  • Operate production lines safely and efficiently, following all Safety and Quality Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Monitor and adjust machinery to maintain production output and product quality
  • Follow production plans to ensure customer orders are completed on time and in full
  • Carry out food safety and quality checks accurately and promptly, escalating issues where required
  • Maintain high housekeeping standards and support basic equipment troubleshooting to minimise downtime

  • Level 2 Food Hygiene certification

  • Basic troubleshooting or maintenance skills (desirable)
