Quintessential Brands UK Group Ltd is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to run our night shift, leading a team of 5–10 operatives and MHE operators across inbound, storage, picking and dispatch.

You will be the senior person on site overnight, ensuring safety, accuracy and on-time operations.

The role requires strong WMS and MHE knowledge, and a proactive, hands-on leadership style to keep the team performing and aligned with company standards.
