Job Purpose
We’re looking for an organised, people-focused Install Co-ordinator to join our team. You’ll be the friendly voice and efficient planner who keeps our engineers in the right place, at the right time – helping ensure vital fire safety work gets done smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Contacting tenants and housing managers by phone, text, and letter to arrange fire door and fire stopping appointments.
- Updating our CRM with confirmed bookings and clear job notes.
- Passing accurate access details to our operatives out in the field.
- Logging and creating new job calls as they come in.
- Coordinating with housing managers on communal area actions and access.
- Planning efficient daily routes so our engineers make the most of their time.
- Making sure each engineer has a full day’s work scheduled.
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience working within a similar role would be advantageous.
- Confident handling phone calls, both internal and external.
- Knowledge of CRMS.

- Problem solving skills.
- Organisation and prioritising skills.
- Strong geographical knowledge of UK with a good understanding of logistics, traffic management, and route planning.
