Job Purpose: If ABCA sounds like the right place for you, we would love you to join our team within the Service Passive Department, providing support to the department by carrying out a range of administration duties to assist the operational running of contracts and jobs.
Salary: Up to £27,000 DOE
Hours: 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday 8:30-17:00
What You'll Be Doing:
- To create purchase orders for labour and receipting invoices.
- Ensuring all paperwork is kept up-to-date and stored correctly and chasing where necessary.
- Reviewing engineers closed jobs from previous days to ensure all information is recorded correctly.
- Ensure CASH data is recorded correctly in order to create reports for the Passive Fire Manager, including the correct waiting reasons.
- To review timesheets for both PAYE and Agency workers to identify any discrepancies in conjunction with vehicle tracker checks and CASH.
- Handling all surveys once received by filling and recording correctly within the systems.
- Liaising with the stock controller regarding materials required for jobs, mainly fire doors.
- To provide overall support to the Service Passive department by completing a variety of ad-hoc administrative and data entry duties.
What You'll Bring:
- Essential: Experience using Excel is required. Excellent admin with a minimum of 3 years’ experience. IT literate with the ability to use company CRM [CASH].
- Desirable: Previous experience within the Passive Fire industry. Knowledge of fire system grading and regulations. Previous experience within a similar role.
