We’re looking for a commercially driven and relationship‑focused Senior National Account Manager to join our Sales team and lead key retail partnerships. This is more than a job — it’s a chance to play a pivotal role in our growth journey, shaping customer strategy, unlocking new business opportunities, and taking trading relationships to the next level.
In this role, you will:
- Input into and execute channel strategy across key retail accounts
- Deliver new business in line with volume and margin targets
- Drive sales growth through effective account development and management
- Build and deliver strategic account plans to maximise opportunities
- Manage and grow trading relationships across Own Label and Branded portfolios
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Supply Chain, Operations, Technical, Marketing and Innovation teams
- Ensure smooth end‑to‑end delivery from order to cash
- Monitor market trends, customer developments and competitor activity
- Identify and unlock new business opportunities through insight and analysis
- Lead commercial negotiations to optimise profitability
- Provide regular performance updates and insights to senior leadership
- Take a long‑term, strategic approach to account management aligned with both customer and business goals

- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance volume, margin and long‑term growth
- Excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market and customer data
