Marshall Land Systems is seeking an Operations Resource Co-ordinator to support the UK Operations team.

You will help onboarding, planning, compliance, allocation of production resource personnel, working closely with production managers to meet deadlines and optimise capacity.

The role collaborates with HR, QHSE, Finance and IT to ensure processes are followed, and you will manage time booking, attendance, and reporting, contributing to operational readiness and cost control.
