As a Shack Team Member, you will learn as you grow – training on every aspect of the operation and progressing in responsibility and pay. Qualifications

  • No previous experience required!
  • Previous hospitality and/or food service experience, a plus
  • Ability to learn quickly in fast‑paced, high volume environment
  • Self‑motivated achiever interested in taking on additional roles and responsibilities
  • Open availability is strongly desired
  • Must be dedicated to excellence and hospitality

Our Benefits Include

  • Competitive hourly pay aligned to age‑based rates:
    • £9.00 per hour for Team Members under 18
    • £11.85 per hour for Team Members aged 18–20
    • £12.71 per hour for Team Members aged 21 and over (National Living Wage)
  • On successful completion of training across four certifications, the hourly rate increases by 50p per hour
