  • Maintaining and testing life safety systems to ensure full functionality and compliance
  • Working on fire alarms, warden call systems, CCTV, and door entry equipment
  • Completing service and maintenance reports accurately via Jotform
  • Providing a professional, customer-focused service while on-site

What we’re looking for:

  • Someone who is a team player and open to being part of the call-out rota
  • Good communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
  • Comfortable working in a customer-facing role
  • Experience in life safety or security systems is desirable, but not essential
  • willingness to learn — full training on all systems will be provided
