We are excited to be recruiting for a Senior Marketing Manager – Resident Shows and Brand. Reporting to the Head of Audience Development, this role will deliver marketing for the LW Theatres brand and our resident shows, with high-impact campaigns that build audiences, drive ticket sales and revenue, and amplify the brand through commercial and partnership marketing. The Senior Marketing Manager will lead end-to-end campaign strategy and positioning, aligning venues and stakeholders to deliver seamless, joined-up activity.
What you’ll be doing:
- Drive commercial and brand objectives, optimise targeting, creative, and campaign reporting for ticket sales and audience growth.
- Define and implement LW Theatres' brand objectives and strategies for amplification.
- Lead campaign strategy, planning, and delivery, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.
- Manage LW Theatres venue client relationships (producers and partners) as the main point of contact for marketing resident shows.
- Line-manage and develop the Marketing Executive, providing coaching, prioritisation and clear direction.
- Coordinate digital, partnerships, media and creative to deliver integrated campaigns including management of in-venue marketing assets.
- Oversee measurement and reporting for internal and client stakeholders; interrogate results and turn into actions.
- Manage budgets and billing, with proactive forecasting and insight-led optimisation.
- Lead organic social planning and community management with support from the Marketing Executive; own requirements for commercial/partnership marketing while working closely with the Digital Platforms Manager.
- Lead B2B implementation, including groups marketing, in collaboration with LW Tickets activity.
Key KPIs for the role:
- Ticket sales and revenue performance.

- Campaign ROI and budget efficiency.
What we need from you:
- Previous experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within live entertainment, ticketed events, arts, culture, hospitality or similarly fast-paced consumer-facing sectors.
- A strong track record of leading integrated campaigns that deliver measurable commercial results, alongside experience managing stakeholder and client relationships, budgets, reporting and cross-functional delivery.
- A background in brand marketing, audience growth and campaign planning is highly desirable, as is previous line-management or mentoring experience.
- Confident using insight and performance data to deliver strategy, optimise activity and communicate recommendations clearly to both internal teams and external partners.
