Salary: Up to £27,000 DOE

Hours: 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday 8:30-17:00

Job Purpose

We’re looking for an organised, people-focused Install Co-ordinator to join our team. You’ll be the friendly voice and efficient planner who keeps our engineers in the right place, at the right time – helping ensure vital fire safety work gets done smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Contacting tenants and housing managers by phone, text, and letter to arrange fire door and fire stopping appointments.
  • Updating our CRM with confirmed bookings and clear job notes.
  • Passing accurate access details to our operatives out in the field.
  • Logging and creating new job calls as they come in.
  • Coordinating with housing managers on communal area actions and access.
  • Planning efficient daily routes so our engineers make the most of their time.
  • Making sure each engineer has a full day’s work scheduled.

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience working within a similar role would be advantageous.
  • Confident handling phone calls, both internal and external.
  • Knowledge of CRMS.

  • Organisation and prioritising skills.
  • Strong geographical knowledge of UK with a good understanding of logistics, traffic management, and route planning.
