Position Summary
Responsible for the safe and effective delivery of home care services, acting as the first point of contact for service users, families, staff, and professionals. The role includes responding to enquiries and incidents, supporting staff, and ensuring high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact, responding to all enquiries and situations, including emergencies.
- Oversee and ensure effective day-to-day service delivery.
- Support and guide community-based care staff.
- Monitor electronic call systems to ensure care is delivered as planned.
- Manage incoming calls, resolving issues promptly and escalating when necessary.
- Identify and report safeguarding concerns, incidents, and poor practice in line with procedures.
- Provide administrative support and maintain accurate records using IT systems in line with data protection requirements.
- Manage staff absence, coordinate cover, and undertake care visits when required.
- Work flexibly, including covering colleagues during leave or sickness.
- Ensure clear communication and handovers between shifts.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and treat all individuals with dignity and respect.
- Comply with all policies, procedures, and training requirements, and support own professional development.
- Contribute to a safe, clean working environment.
- Undertake any additional reasonable duties as required.
