We’re looking for an organised, professional, and dedicated individual to join our growing team Grimsby Homecare. This is an opportunity to play a vital role in supporting our service, you will ensure the smooth running of the service through efficient and effective administrative support.

What the role involves:

  • Answering the telephone, logging, and passing on messages in a timely manner
  • Administering staff recruitment, payroll, and documentation
  • Dealing with queries relating to staffing matters in accordance with HICA policies and procedures
  • Ensuring records on the computerised management information system are maintained accurately, maintaining confidentiality in line with HICA policies and procedures
  • Undertaking reception duties as a first port of call
  • Other general administration duties as required

Who we are looking for:

  • Previous experience working in an administrative role
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multi‑task
  • Previous experience working in a care setting is advantageous

Pay & Hours:

£12.72 per hour, Monday to Friday, no weekends, 40 hours per week.

HICA at Home in Grimsby is one of 3 lead providers within Northeast Lincolnshire. We currently deliver approximately 2800 hours of community‑based care per week in our geographical areas. These are Fiveways, Cleethorpes, Humberston and New Waltham, covering all aspects of personal care, medication administration, shopping, domestic and sitter service. We are a not‑for‑profit organisation, providing care services to older people and individuals with learning disabilities across residential, nursing, and community settings.
