HICA Homecare is recruiting Home Care Workers to support Service Users during evening tea and bed call shifts across the local area. An Enhanced DBS check will be required. We are unable to offer visa sponsorship.

The Role

  • As a Home Care Worker, you will visit Service Users in their own homes, helping them remain safe, comfortable and independent.
  • Your duties will include personal care and bedtime routines, meal and drink preparation, medication assistance, light domestic tasks, companionship and following individual care plans.
  • No experience is necessary. Full training, funded qualifications and ongoing career development support will be provided from day one.

Pay and Hours

  • £13.00 per hour guaranteed pay for all hours worked.
  • 29p per mile fuel allowance between calls.
  • Guaranteed 16-hour contract with opportunity to work up to 40 hours.
