We are looking for an organised and professional Home Administrator to support the day-to-day running of our care home. Reporting to the Home Manager, you will provide administrative, financial and reception support while ensuring accurate records and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment, payroll and staff administration.
- Maintain resident and staff records.
- Process invoices, petty cash and financial transactions.
- Prepare reports, correspondence and meeting minutes.
- Manage telephone calls, enquiries and reception duties.
- Support the Home Manager with general administration.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies and procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Previous administration experience.
- Good IT and Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Professional, friendly and confidential approach.
- Experience in a care or healthcare setting is desirable.
