Fire & Security Repairs Engineer

Up to 36k, depending on experience / Company Van & Fuel Card Provided / Full-time Permanent Role / 21 days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays

We are looking for a Repairs Engineer to join our team. The role will involve predominantly reactive maintenance, fault-finding, and repair work across a range of mechanical and electrical systems.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have a multi-skilled maintenance background. However, if you have experience in some of these areas but are not yet fully multi-skilled, we would still welcome your application. We are happy to support the right candidate in developing their skills and learning new areas.

Duties and Responsibilities

To include, but not limited to, the following:

• Attend reactive maintenance callouts and diagnose faults.




• Repair and maintain fire alarm, emergency lighting, CCTV, warden call, security, access control and door entry systems.




• Complete service reports and maintenance documentation.




• Work professionally and safely across multiple sites.




• Identify and report any additional issues or required remedial works.

What we are looking for

• Previous experience in a similar role or working with fire alarm, emergency lighting, CCTV, warden call, security, access control and door entry systems.




• Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills.




• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.




• Good customer service and communication skills .




• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel




• Experience with aerial systems and automation would be an advantage but not essential.
