Location: Paneltex Ltd, Somerden Road, Hull, HU9 5PE

Salary: £28,000 per annum

Hours: 40 per week. Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 17:00 and Friday 08:00 to 14:00 (FTC 10-12 months)

We are looking for an organised and proactive Facilities Administrator to join our Facilities team. In this role, you’ll provide essential administrative and operational support, helping to ensure our sites are safe, compliant, well maintained and running efficiently. You’ll coordinate planned and reactive maintenance, maintain accurate records, support contractor management, process purchasing requirements and assist with Health & Safety activities.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Coordinating maintenance schedules and tracking planned and reactive works.
  • Maintaining accurate facilities, compliance and contractor records.
  • Supporting contractor permits, inductions, audits and compliance checks.
  • Liaising with colleagues, contractors and suppliers to resolve facilities issues promptly.
  • Processing purchase orders and monitoring stock and facilities requirements.
  • Tracking tool repairs, vehicle records, cleaning and other site services.
  • Supporting continuous improvement across facilities processes and procedures.
