We’re looking for a
Project Coordinator to help drive the smooth planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects.
If you’re organised, proactive, and great at keeping people and processes on track, this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee and support junior team members, managing engineer schedules and coordinating site work.
- Be the go-to contact for engineers—answering queries, offering technical support, and ensuring jobs are completed to industry standards.
- Make sure engineers have the right materials and resources, preventing delays and keeping projects moving.
- Arrange site requirements such as scaffolding, skips, and other essential resources.
- Handle resident queries professionally, resolve issues where possible, and elevate when needed.
- Follow up on no-access appointments, manage scheduling conflicts, and communicate updates to clients.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and keep them updated throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain clear records of client interactions and ensure all project documentation is accurate and accessible.
- Prepare compliance reports (e. g., FRA, Passive Fire) and submit them on time.
- Flag risks early, solve problems as they arise, and elevate complex issues to senior managers.
- Work closely with other admin and project teams to support smooth delivery across the business.
- Keep all internal tracking systems up to date and check peer work for quality.
- Help improve administrative processes and support the delivery of FRA and remedial projects.
- Assist with internal reports and contribute to project tracking.
- Champion RAAM’s values—continuous improvement, teamwork, and accountability.
What You'll Bring
- Experience of working with Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs) is advantageous but not essential.
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Confident using Microsoft Excel and Word
- Comfortable using digital systems and software
- Experience in construction or a similar industry
