As a Senior Care Assistant, you’ll play a key leadership role within our care team. You’ll be responsible for assessing individual needs, developing person‑centred care plans, and ensuring that medical, physical, and emotional support is delivered to the highest standard. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading and supporting the care team to deliver high‑quality care

  • Qualified to Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential)
  • Experienced in elderly care or dementia support
