What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Developing person-centred care plans and risk assessments
  • Leading the care team in delivering meaningful, empathetic support
  • Promoting independence, choice, and positive engagement
  • Liaising with families, external professionals, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Supporting best interest decisions in line with the Mental Capacity Act
  • Conducting supervisions, appraisals, and coaching care staff
  • Ensuring compliance with NMC standards and Orchard policies

We’re Seeking Someone Who Is:

  • Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
  • Experienced in mental health care and person-centred planning
  • Strong knowledge of the Mental Health Act, MCA, DoLS, and safeguarding legislation
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • A warm, empathetic, and professional approach
  • Ability to coach and develop colleagues
