An NVQ level 2 (or above) certificate in Health and Social Care is essential for this role along with 6 months minimum experience within a Dementia setting.

  • Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
  • Support people to participate in appropriate leisure activities and activities of daily living, normalising life as much as possible with joy and happiness.
  • Providing personal care with empathy and sensitivity.
  • Receive tailored dementia training to enhance your skills and the lives of those you will support.
  • Collaborating with a passionate, multidisciplinary team.
