Working on‑site in London Gatwick Airport, rotational shifts 5 days on, 2 days off 7am – 19pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Perform some Smart Hands support for networking hardware.
- Troubleshoot within Windows / i OS / Android OS support, software installations, and security updates.
- Manage Active Directory tasks.
- Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi‑Fi).
What will you bring to ESP?
- 3 years+ experience in IT infrastructure support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and operating system issues.
As a Level 1 engineer, you will resolve issues while adhering to hardware warranty and customer security compliance standards
- Familiar with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP.
- Good command of Windows O/S
- Microsoft Office 365 troubleshooting experience
- Wireless networking knowledge
- Understanding of network protocols, server hardware and configurations
- Experience with Active Directory
- Advantage: Basic knowledge of LAN‑WAN setups and concepts
- Salary: £30,000 gross per year, depending on your technical skills, which will be evaluated through a technical assessment.
