About the Role

We enable support for colleagues from day one, we pride ourselves on delivering a platform of enabling us all to ‘Better Than Yesterday’ – such support is driven from the beginning with a period of induction and coaching to set you up to succeed in your role. Our customers rely on you. You have a direct impact on whether our delivery drivers leave on time. You are the last pair of eyes to quality control the products ensuring only the best is sent out, you will ensure our customers get everything they ordered and are an essential part of the Delifresh team. You will work 41.25 hours a week, 06:00 – 15:00 over 5 days including Sundays. Every Saturday off plus one other day in the week where you work a Sunday. We take care of all our colleagues, we put ‘People First’ - all Warehouse Operatives are trained on product quality.

Responsibilities

  • Checking and taking in deliveries and ensuring the quality of the product delivered
  • Putting stock away in assigned locations and ensuring that stock is rotated in date order
  • Replenishing the picking lines to ensure readiness for our picking team to pick customer orders
  • Keeping the warehouse clean and tidy with a ‘clean as you go’ and ‘see it, sort it’ attitude
  • Getting to know our products and our passion for quality
  • Maintaining a good working knowledge of operational functions and opportunities for efficiencies
  • Working to our values, we see ourselves as ‘One Team’ – supporting other warehouse teammates and the wider operation as needed

About You

We’re looking for positive, dynamic people who take pride in both being ‘Brilliant To Work With’ and being the face of Delifresh and prioritising our customers’ requirements. The minimum lifting requirement for the role would be up to 25kg. Preferred experience in a similar warehouse role, but don’t worry if not, full training and support is provided. FLT Licence (desirable).
