What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver personal care such as washing, dressing, toileting, and oral hygiene
- Support residents in meaningful activities, leisure outings, and appointments
- Serve meals and refreshments with warmth and courtesy
- Maintain a clean, pleasant, and welcoming environment
- Observe and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional wellbeing
- Act as a key worker for a group of residents, ensuring care is tailored to their individual preferences
- Support new team members and contribute to a positive team culture
