Salary and Benefits: £20.01 per hour, weekly paid, plus the opportunity to earn overtime and up to a £3,000 performance‑related bonus per year. Hours of Work: Standard shift pattern, average 42 hours per week – Rest Day Working and overtime available. No overnight stays. Standard shift pattern is a 4 on 2 off rotating shift pattern, including weekends to enable the business to service our customer’s requirements 7 days a week.
Your New Role: As an HGV Driver with us, you will be delivering and collecting linen from our customers within the site’s geographic service area. As part of this you will:
- Be an Ambassador for CLEAN, with a can‑do, right‑first‑time and passionate approach to your role
- Enjoy working as part of a successful team
- Drive in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers’ Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
- Comply with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to the Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations
Requirements:
- Current and Valid Class 2 (CAT C) Driving Licence
- Current and Valid Digital Tacho card
- Current and Valid Driver Qualification Card (Driver CPC card)
- Good communication skills in English (our business language)
- A customer‑focused approach
- Eligibility to work in the UK
