We're looking for a Commercial Administrator to join our Sales Support team and play a key role in helping the business grow. This is a varied, hands-on role supporting the Sales team with everything from customer set-up and reporting to product information, pricing support and commercial activity.
What You'll Be Doing
As one of our Commercial Administrators, you'll be a central point of support for the Sales team and Account Managers, helping to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes while building strong relationships internally and with customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing incoming requests and enquiries via the Sales Support inbox
- Providing day-to-day administrative and commercial support to the Sales team
- Supporting new business enquiries and coordinating follow-up activity
- Setting up new customer accounts and maintaining accurate customer records
- Preparing reports and sales data, primarily using Excel
- Analysing data to support performance insights and sales planning
- Organising and dispatching product samples
- Producing allergen, nutritional and product specification documentation
- Supporting customer communications, including emails, calls, marketing outreach and visits
- Assisting with tenders, pricing proposals and stock clearance activity
- Contributing to the wider commercial initiatives and helping drive sales with existing customers

You don't need to have done this exact role before, we're looking for someone with the right attitude, strong admin and communication skills, and an interest in sales or commercial operations. Full training will be provided.
