We’re looking for compassionate individuals to join our dedicated team at Red House, our Dementia & Older People home in Bridlington. This is your chance to be part of a supportive environment where you can truly make a difference in people’s lives. Pay & Hours: £13.70 per hour, 33 hours per week. Days OR nights. Shift Pattern – Working to a rota covering 7am - 7pm or 7pm-7 am, 3 shifts per week.

The Role: Providing ‘exceptional care for the individual’ is at the centre of our ethos, where quality of life is as important as quality of care. As a Care Support Worker, you will support our service users to maintain their independence by assisting with everyday tasks and activities, in line with their individual needs. Full training is provided so if you are new to the care sector, we will help you start your journey with confidence. We believe that residents should be given the freedom to choose how they live their lives wherever possible. We involve residents, and where appropriate their families, in the development of individual care plans, tailored to the needs of each particular resident.

About You: You must be compassionate, passionate, and dedicated to giving the finest care possible to our service users. Work cohesively in a team with other staff members. Demonstrate patience, communication, and listening abilities. Have an enthusiastic and positive attitude.
