At Delifresh, our passion for quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction sets us apart in the world of food ingredient supply. We are committed to providing our hospitality customers with solutions that enable them to create the best culinary magic in their establishments.

About The Role:

We enable support for colleagues from day one, we pride ourselves on delivering a platform of enabling us all to ‘Better Than Yesterday’ – such support is driven from the beginning with a period of induction and coaching to set you up to succeed in your role.

A day in the life of your role would include a 4am start, supporting loading your vehicle at our Bradford depot before hitting the road to be the face of Delifresh and complete multi drop deliveries to our many valued customers. Before returning to your depot and supporting the vehicle to be cleaned and prepared ready for the next day.

You will work 45 hours a week on a 4, 5, 6 day rotational working week – commencing at 4am each day.

We take care of all our colleagues, we put People First - all drivers are protected by modern innovative Samsara driver safety technology when using our vehicles.

You will be responsible for:

  • Taking care of our customers' order, from loading onto your van to ensuring the safe delivery of our customer’s orders as if they were your own.
  • Representing Delifresh whilst on the road, driving safely, responsibly and within the law.
  • Looking after your vehicle, like it's your first car – including safety checks and cleanliness.
  • Reporting any issues with delays or shortages straight away.
  • Working to our values, we see ourselves as ‘One Team’ – supporting other drivers and warehouse teammates as needed.

About You:

We’re looking for positive, dynamic people who take pride in both being ‘Brilliant To Work With’ and being the face of Delifresh and prioritising our customers’ requirements. The minimum lifting requirement for the role would be up to 25kg (the equivalent of a sack of potatoes).
